Fear and self doubt… the most inspiring people push through it, in-spite of how tough or scary things get.

I believe all people can redirect the energy behind fear and use it to drive them forward. Martin Luther King, Abraham Lincoln and many, many other inspiring people who achieved great things, prove pushing through that feeling is possible!

I’m hoping this video can help others to believe they too can use fear as a fuel to drive them forward.

But here’s the deal:

SOMETIMES, fear is paralysing.

You probably already know that fear increases stress levels and can have a negative effect on our judgement and behaviour.

I know many people who struggle with fear, I did. I wouldn’t be here writing or sharing this video today if I didn’t push through it. I would have never become a success in my relationship or in my business.

I say this: Learn how to redirect and use the energy behind fear. Shift your focus onto more doing. This simple idea is effective, try it and you’ll fall in love with the result you achieve.

Use that fear as your fuel. OMG. That gave me a charge, to shift the focus to doing. Brilliant concept. I remember a business mentor once said to me to use the pre-event jitters as energy when in front of important stakeholders presenting an opportunity.

I do agree on the importance of turning that fear into fuel to push you forward — they make us better, it’s character building stuff!!!
